A mixed response to indices traded lower on the DSE.

On the fourth working day of the week, the country’s main stock market Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) is trading with a mixed reaction to the index. The main index down by 12 points in two and half hours of trading on this day.

According to sources, on Wednesday (November 13), two and half hours after the start of DSE trading,  till 12.30 noon, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ has down by 12 points and stands at 5 thousand 286 points.

Along with the main index, the Shariah Index or ‘DSES’ has increased by 14 decimal points and the ‘DS-30’ index has decreased by 2.68 points and stands at 1183 and 1967 points respectively.

A total of 224 crore 65 lakh shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion period.

Among the traded companies, the share prices of 139 companies increased, 196 companies decreased and 68 companies remained unchanged.
