Yao Wen, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, called on Zunaid Ahmed Palak, MP, the Minister of State for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, at later’s office in Dhaka on Wednesday.
The two sides spoke highly of the achievements in bilateral economic and trade cooperation, especially in telecommunications and ICT areas.
They agreed to implement more projects, and attract more Chinese ICT companies investing in Bangladesh, so as to help Bangladesh realize its Smart Bangladesh strategy.
