Banks to recruit 1600 officers for 2022 schedule

Eight state owned banks and one financial institution is going to recruit 1597 officers through the Bankers Selection Committee very soon.

The Bangladesh Bank website (https://erecruitment.bb.org.bd/career/dec212023_bscs_133.pdf) published the notification for recruitment. The recruitment for the year 2022 officer (general) vacancies will be filled through single competitive examination. Out of 1597 posts of officers, 643 in Sonali Bank (https://www.sonalibank.com.bd/), 164 in Janata Bank (https://www.jb.com.bd/), 5 in Bangladesh Development Bank PLC (, 1 in Ansar VDP Development Bank, 449 in Bangladesh Krishi Bank, 231 in Rajshahi Krishi Unyanan Bank, 64 in Pravasi Kalyan Bank, 20 in Samsangam Bank and Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation. 20 people will be taken.
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in any subject can be applied. Application deadline is January 20. If appointed to this position, the salary scale will be Tk 16,000-38,640.
Maximum age of application is 30 years. However, in case of children of freedom fighters and physically challenged applicants, the maximum age is 32 years.
