The 368th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at the corporate head office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mohammed Younus. The board meeting approved a number of investment proposals.
Among others, the Vice-Chairmen of the Board, Mohiuddin Ahmed and Abdul Karim, the Directors, Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Mohammed Nasir Uddin Khan, Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque & Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque and Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, and the Company Secretary of the Bank, Abul Bashar, were also present in the meeting.
