The first meeting of the Board of Directors of The Premier Bank PLC. was held following the Bank’s relocation to its new Head Office at Shanta Pinnacle. The meeting was chaired by the Bank’s Sponsor Shareholder and Chairman, Dr. Arifur Rahman.

Among others, the meeting was attended by Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Forkan Hossain; Independent Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee Syed Faridul Islam; Independent Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Md. Sazzad Hossain; Independent Director Professor Sheikh Morshed Jahan; Independent Director and Chairman of Premier Bank Securities Limited M. Nurul Alam, FCS; Managing Director of the Bank Md. Monzur Mofiz; and Bangladesh Bank Observer Mr. A. N. M. Moinul Kabir.
