The 408th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal. Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed & Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, the Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Harun Miah, Mr. Abdul Barek, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman, Mr. Abdul Hakim and the Independent Director Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
