Uttara Bank PLC has announced a 30 percent dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, comprising 25 percent cash and 5 percent stock, according to company sources.
The bank reported a rise in its consolidated earnings per share (EPS) to Tk 6.08 for the year, up from Tk 4.93 in the previous financial year.
Its consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) also increased to Tk 11.45, compared to Tk 6.55 a year earlier.
As of December 31, 2025, the bank’s consolidated net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 31.75.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on June 15 at 11:00 am, with May 20 set as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility.
