B Mirror Report: Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has announced that it will not declare any dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, according to information disclosed by the company.
Despite the decision, the bank reported an improvement in its consolidated earnings per share (EPS), which stood at Tk 0.85 for the year, up from Tk 0.68 in the previous financial year.
However, the consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) declined significantly to Tk 26.18, compared to Tk 57.90 in the preceding year.
As of December 31, 2025, the bank’s consolidated net asset value per share (NAVPS) was recorded at Tk 44.52.
The bank has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for June 25 at 10:00 am. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility has been set for May 21.
