Karmasangsthan Bank holds business development meeting in Chattogram

As part of the 90-day special program undertaken by Karmasangsthan Bank, the Business Development Meeting-2026 was held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at LGED Bhaban, Muradpur, Chattogram, with the participation of regional and branch managers of Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar regions.

Former Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karmasangsthan Bank Dr. A.F.M Matiur Rahman was present as the chief guest in the meeting. Managing Director Arun Kumar Chowdhury and General Manager Md. Amirul Islam were present as special guests. Deputy General Manager of Chattogram Divisional Office Mohammad Golam Mostafa presided over the meeting, while Deputy General Managers of the Head Office Manoj Roy and Md. Momtaz Uddin were also present.

In his speech, the chief guest, emphasized on quality credit distribution and creating sustainable entrepreneurs. He also called for increasing the overall performance of all business indicators in Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar regions through integrated initiatives, responsibility and sincerity. He also suggested making the 90-day special program a success.

The Managing Director emphasized on increasing the loan recovery rate and loan outstanding, strengthening the recovery of classified, defaulted and written-off loans for the successful implementation of the programs undertaken. He called on everyone to work together to achieve the 100% targets set by the head office by working with professionalism and responsibility.
