Southwest Bank PLC held its quarterly “Business Review Meeting” for the Dhaka Region on April 11, 2026, at the bank’s Training Institute in Dhaka.

The meeting was chaired by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Bank PLC, Mr. Khalid Mahmud Khan.

The event was attended by Additional Managing Directors, Deputy Managing Directors, senior executives from the head office, regional heads, and 37 branch managers of the Dhaka region. Senior members of the bank’s management team were also present.

During the meeting, discussions focused on business growth, overall performance improvement, loan and recovery strategies, and enhancing customer service standards. Special emphasis was placed on achieving business targets for 2026 and implementing planned strategic initiatives effectively.

Participants reviewed operational challenges and identified potential areas for future growth. The management urged all branches to maintain strong performance momentum and ensure disciplined execution of business strategies.

The meeting concluded with optimism regarding the bank’s future growth prospects and a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
