Karmasangsthan Bank holds business review meeting in Khulna

As part of the 90-day special program undertaken by Karmasangsthan Bank, the Business Review Meeting-2026 was held on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at CSS Ava Center, Rupsha, Khulna, with the participation of managers and 2nd officers of 28 branches under Khulna and Jessore regions of the Khulna Divisional Office.

Dr. A.F.M Matiur Rahman, former Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karmasangsthan Bank was present as the chief guest in the meeting. Managing Director Arun Kumar Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director Meher Sultana and General Manager Md. Amirul Islam were present as special guests. Khulna Divisional Office Deputy General Manager (DGM) Saleh Md. Sirajul Salekin presided over the meeting, while DGM Md. Nazrul Islam Khan and Md. Momtaz Uddin of Head Office were also present.

In his speech the chief guest emphasized on quality loan distribution and creation of good entrepreneurs. He highlighted the potential of Khulna region and called for establishing the division as the best through collective efforts and responsibility. At the same time, he expressed the hope of making the 90-day special program successful by achieving 100% target of business indicators.

The Managing Director laid special emphasis on increasing the loan recovery rate, strengthening the recovery of classified, defaulted and written-off loans, and increasing the rate of settlement of lawsuit loans for the successful implementation of the programs undertaken. He called on everyone to work together to achieve the set targets by working with professionalism and responsibility.
