IFIC Bank promotes 59 officials for excellence

B Mirror Report: In recognition of their significant contributions to the organization’s overall growth, IFIC Bank has promoted 59 officials across different levels. The promotions were awarded based on professional competence, responsibility, and consistent performance.

To mark the occasion, a ceremony titled “Celebrating Career Progression” was held on Wednesday, April 01, 2026, at IFIC Tower in the capital. The Managing Director, Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with members of the senior management team, attended the event and formally handed over promotion letters to 19 officials. In addition, promotion letters were delivered virtually to another 40 officials across various branches and sub-branches nationwide.

Speaking at the event, the Managing Director congratulated the promoted officials and stated that a skilled and dedicated workforce is the key driving force behind an institution’s progress. He expressed hope that in their new roles, the officials would demonstrate sound judgment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused approach to further strengthen the bank’s operations and enhance service quality.

It is noteworthy that, as part of its merit- and performance-based evaluation process, IFIC Bank has promoted a total of 334 officials to various positions up to April this year. Such initiatives, supported by a transparent and employee-friendly work environment, continue to strengthen the institution’s long-term capacity and competitive position.
