In recognition of significant contributions to professional competence and sustainable growth, 135 officers of IFIC Bank have been promoted at various levels.

On Monday, 01 December 2025, a promotion ceremony titled “Celebrating Career Progression” was held at the IFIC Tower in Dhaka. In this hybrid event, the Managing Director of the bank, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with members of the senior management team, personally handed over promotion letters to 34 officers. Additionally, promotion letters were virtually handed over to another 101 officers from various Branches and Uposhakhas.

During the ceremony, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa congratulated the promoted officers and said, “The biggest strength behind IFIC Bank’s progress is our employees. Committed, dedicated, and efficient employees are what drive our institution forward. Recognition of talent and success not only instills a sense of personal achievement but also plays a key role in creating a collaborative and inspiring environment within the organization, which strengthens our path forward.”
