Aciya Sea Food Limited, a company listed in the SME sector of the capital market, has declared dividends for the financial year that ended on June 30, 2025. The company will distribute a 45% dividend to its shareholders for the year under review—10% in cash and the remaining 35% as bonus shares. This is the company’s highest dividend declaration since listing, which has sent a positive signal among investors.
The decision regarding the dividend was taken at the company’s board meeting held on Tuesday (November 25), following the review and approval of the audited financial statements for the latest fiscal year, according to company sources.
According to the sources, the company earned Tk 1.10 per share in the latest year, compared to Tk 1.49 per share in the previous year. As of June 30, 2024, the company’s Net Asset Value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 16.92.
The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 31 at 12 PM in a hybrid format. December 17 has been fixed as the record date for the AGM.
