Board meetings for 51 businesses listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) are scheduled for today, Wednesday, November 12, in order to make important financial decisions.
Following their examination of their audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, these firms are anticipated to issue dividends for shareholders, according to sources from the DSE and LankaBangla Analysis Portal.
At the same time, the companies will also assess their unaudited financial results for the first quarter (July–September) of the 2025 fiscal year and publish their earnings per share (EPS).
Among the firms announcing dividends based on audited reports are Bangladesh Shipping Corporation (BSC), Jamuna Oil, and Indo-Bangla Pharma.
The EPS disclosures, however, will come from a wide range of sectors, excluding those in the banking, financial, and insurance industries.
Market analysts anticipate that today’s board meeting outcomes will have a notable impact on trading sentiment in the coming days.
