New committee formed for Patuakhali sub-branch of Engineers Institution Bangladesh

Patuakhali Correspondent: The central IEB authorities have approved the new executive committee of the Patuakhali sub-branch of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

This information was given in an office order signed by the General Secretary of the Central Committee, Professor Dr. Engineer Md. Sabir Mustafa Khan, subject to the approval of the IEB Council meeting on Monday (September 15).

Engineer Mohammad Shahin Ismail has been elected as the chairman, Engineer Md. Hossain Ali as the vice chairman, and Engineer Md. Golam Rahman as the general secretary of the newly formed committee.

Other members of the committee are Engineer Md. Sohrab Hossain, Engineer Md. Shafique Hossain, Engineer Md. Abdul Hossain, Engineer Md. Shahinur Rahman and Engineer Md. Masum Islam.

According to IEB sources, the new executive committee will serve for the next one year and will work for the professional and social development of engineers in Patuakhali district.
