A new chairman has been elected to the board of directors of Bashundhara Paper Mills Limited, a publicly traded paper and printing company. Additionally, a new managing director (MD) has been appointed for the organization.

As per the source, Golam Rabbani Chowdhury has been chosen as the chairman of the company. He will hold the position of chairman for the next five years starting from July 4.
Conversely, Faisal Ahmed Chowdhury has been designated as the new managing director of the company for a term of five years, which commenced on July 4.
