On Monday, July 7, the first working day of the week, the price index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the nation’s primary capital market, is rising. The majority of corporations’ share prices have gone up.

The DSE’s main index, or “DSEX,” increased 66.58 points to 4,962 points during the first hour of DSE trading, or till 12 PM, according to sources.
The ‘DS-30’ index increased by 13.59 points to 1,849 points, while the Shariah index, also known as the ‘DSES’, increased by 9.24 points to 1,074 points.
During the period under consideration, shares and units worth 292.16 crore taka were exchanged on the DSE.
Of the firms that traded, 282 saw price increases, 55 saw price decreases, and 62 saw no change.
