Aftab Momin, Feni : The Deputy Commissioner held a meeting with the leaders of the newly formed Feni District Committee of the Bangladesh Mofusal Union of Journalists (BMUJ) at the Feni Deputy Commissioner’s conference room on Monday afternoon, May 19.
During the exchange of views, Feni Deputy Commissioner Md. Saiful Islam said, “Journalists have no political identity, journalists are a mirror of society.”
When journalists maintain professionalism and publish objective news, the dynamics of the administration increase.Journalism is done more for the love of one’s country than for a living.He said that objective journalism is very important for the welfare of the country and the nation.During the exchange of views, BMUJ leaders highlighted various problems in the district.
