Two directors of Square Pharmaceuticals PLC, a publicly traded pharmaceutical and chemical firm, have finalized their acquisition of shares.
This update was disclosed by sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
As per the information, directors Samuel S. Chowdhury and Mrs. Ratna Patra acquired 1.5 million shares. The shares were purchased from the public market of the DSE at the prevailing market price.
The directors had previously announced their intention to buy the shares on March 10 and 12.
