A company secretary has been appointed by First Security Islami Bank PLC, a publicly traded bank. Sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange disclosed this information.
The source claims that Nizam Kazi, who is currently in charge as the bank’s assistant vice president, has been named secretary.
He began his service on February 25.
