Summit Power declares 10pc cash dividend

Summit Power Limited, a listed company in the capital market, has declared dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2024. The company will pay 10 percent cash dividend to shareholders for the year in question.

The decision regarding the dividend was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the latest financial year in the company’s board of directors meeting held on Monday (February 17). This information was revealed by DSE sources.

According to the source, the company’s consolidated earnings per share (EPS) in the last year was 3 taka 13 paisa, which was 2 taka 07 paisa in the previous year.

The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) as of June 30, 2024 was 41 taka 44 paisa.

The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on April 13. The record date for this has been set for March 10.
