Southeast Bank Training Institute organized a day long workshop

Southeast Bank Training Institute organized a day long workshop on “SEBPLC Products and Service Knowledge, Cross-Selling Techniques, and Effective Marketing Strategy” on January 23, 2025. The primary objective of the workshop was to enhance the professional knowledge of the Bank’s employees, while providing a comprehensive understanding of the Bank’s products and services, such as savings accounts, loan facilities, investment opportunities, retail and digital Banking. Along with improve their skills in modern strategic marketing and enrich their experience in cross-selling techniques.

The sessions were conducted by the Bank’s experienced and skilled executives & officers. Additionally, Mr. Omar Nasir Abdullah, Senior Lecturer and Faculty Advisor at North South University, shared valuable insights and guidance with the participants based on his experience and expertise.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Nuruddin Md. Sadeq Hossain, Managing Director, SEBPLC emphasized the importance of gaining comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services for expanding the Bank’s business. He further noted that the practice of the highest professional conduct, strategic brand marketing, and cross-selling would not only ensure the success of the Bank but also significantly enhance the quality of customer services.

A total of 60 officers from the Bank’s head office and various branches participated in the workshop. Southeast Bank will continue its efforts to enhance the skills of its employees by organizing similar training workshops in the future.
