Rangpur Foundry Limited (RFL) has approved a dividend of 23 percent for the shareholders for the year 2023-2024. The approval was given at the company’s 44th annual general meeting held virtually on Thursday (December 26).

The meeting was attended by the company’s Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Managing Director Rathindra Nath Pal, Director Sabiha Amjad, Director Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director (Independent) Md. Abdus Salam, Director (Finance) Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Accounts) Chowdhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer Kishore Kumar Debnath, Company Secretary Mohammad Aminur Rahman and shareholders.

At the meeting, the investors thanked the management for the significant progress of the company in the past years and provided some valuable feedback for improving the company’s business operations.

The meeting concluded with an appeal for the continued support of the company’s investors and a vote of thanks to the chairman of the meeting.
