Faria Yasmin promoted to CBO at ACI Foods and Commodity Brands.

Pharma, Food and Agro giant ACI has promoted Ms. Faria Yasmin to Chief Business Officer at ACI Foods and Commodity Brands.

Faria will oversee three of the ACI Group companies—ACI Foods Limited, ACI Pure Flour Limited, and ACI Edible Oils Limited. Six business divisions- Flour, Lentil, Rice, Foods, Edible Oils, and Foods Export-will be managed by her.

“My special thanks to Dr. Arif Dowla, MD of Aci Limited, my boss and mentor, who entrusted with the 2nd largest revenue generating portfolio of Aci Group and grooming me to this stage! This is a rare case of female empowerment in Bangladesh context,” noted Faria.“My personal belief is, a change in position doesn’t and cannot define a leader, the passion of a person defines who she really is. And what he or she built over time.” she, however, added.A seasoned marketer with total 24 years of work experience in Brand marketing and business handling in Bangladesh and 2.5 years in Sri Lanka with Top Global and Local Brands, Faria Yasmin has been working for nine years as Business Director at ACI. She has been instrumental in driving the growth of ACI’s food and commodity segments.

Her extensive experience spans leadership roles at Nestlé Bangladesh, Marico Bangladesh, Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited, and Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Having her BBA and MBA in Marketing from the Dhaka University’s Institute of Business Administration, Faria known for her strategic vision and commitment to excellence.
