The 3rd meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 07 November, 2024.
Honorable Chairman of the Audit Committee of Union Bank PLC. Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Members of the Audit Committee Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director (C.C) of the bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed were present in the meeting.
In the meeting the quarterly accounts of the bank, audit report of Bangladesh Bank and audit report of various branches were discussed.
