The 7th Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of Directors of Union Bank PLC. was held on 31 October, 2024 in the presence of all the members of the Board at the head office of the bank under the Chairmanship of honorable Chairman Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmed. In the meeting discussed the details of the business of the bank and approved the financial statements of the bank as on 30 September, 2024 (third quarter).
