BSEC has canceled the bond issue application of NCC Bank.

Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has canceled the bond issue application of NCC Bank listed in the stock market.

However, the bank authorities will apply to BSEC for reconsideration of the matter.

The bank’s board wanted to raise Tk. 500 crore through a bond issue. Which was named ‘NCC Bank Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond-2’.
