Abu Reza Yeahia has joined First Security Islami Bank PLC as Additional Managing Director. Prior to joining here, he served as Additional Managing Director of Social Islami Bank PLC and Deputy Managing Director of Islami Bank PLC.

During his 35 years of banking career he worked as Company Secretary, CAMELCO and Chief Law Officer and demonstrated expertise in the International Banking Division, Development Wing, Retail Investment Wing and Legal Department in these two banks. He started his career in 1989 by joining Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC as a Probationary Officer. Mr. Yeahia obtained LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M degrees from the University of Dhaka.

He visited many countries including USA, China, Singapore, KSA, Oman and UAE to attend different seminars, symposium and to encourage expatriates Bangladeshis to remit their income to the country through Banking channels. The books- ‘Teksoi Banking’, ‘The Art of Happy Life’ and ‘Fitness er Satkahon’ of Mr. Yeahia are gained popularity among the readers. He is a Dhaka University alumni.
