The listed insurance sector company Delta Life Insurance Company Limited has declared dividend for the financial year ended on December 31, 2023. The company will pay a cash dividend of 30 percent to shareholders for the year under review.
The dividend decision was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year in the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Wednesday (August 14).
The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on the digital platform on September 28 at 11 am. The record date for this has been fixed on September 5.
