134 crores traded in one and a half hours

On the first working day of the week, Sunday (June 09), the country’s main capital market, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), is trading with falling prices. On this day, the transaction in DSE exceeded 134 crores and 62 lakhs in one and a half hours.

According to sources, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ index is down by 46.08 points at 5 thousand 191 points till 11:30 am. Among other indices, the Shariah index ‘DSES Index fell by 9.83 points to 1,126 points and ‘DS30′ index by 16.53 points.

Among the companies traded on this day, the prices of 56 companies increased, 276 companies decreased and 53 companies’ shares remained unchanged.
