Mercantile Bank PLC. donated fertilizer at Nateshwar, Sonaimuri in Noakhali among marginal farmers on Sunday from the special CSR fund of the bank. 

Morshed Alam, Chairman of the bank and Member of Parliament in Noakhali-2 handed over the fertilizer  among farmers as the chief guest, reads a press release. 

Mahbub Jamil, VP & Head of bank’s Chowmuhani branch, presided over the ceremony. 

Ala Uddin, Deputy Assistant Agricultural Officer, Kabir Hossain Khokan, Nateshwar UP Chairman, Golam Sarwar, Nateshwar High School, Mirza Zahirul Haque Mamun, President of Nateshwar Union Awami League, Rahmat Ullah, General Secretary of Nateshwar Union Awami League and Jahangir Alam, Leader of Union Jubo League and the farmers were also present on the occasion.
