The 392^nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 19^th March 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Jabun Nahar, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary (Temporary Charge) of the Bank Mr. A. H. M. Ashraf Uddin were also present in the meeting.
