The board meeting of 34 companies listed in the stock market will be held this Tuesday (July 30) afternoon.

In the meeting, the companies will release the unaudited financial report or EPS for the second quarter (April-June) of the current financial year.

The companies are Al Arafa Bank, Bank Asia, Southeast Bank, Union Bank, Midland Bank, Premier Bank, Prime Bank, Islami Bank, UCB, NCC Bank, National Bank, Bay Leasing, Union Capital, Phoenix Finance, First Finance, Islamic Finance. , Takaful Insurance, Agrani Insurance, ICIC Insurance, Prabhati Insurance, Islami Insurance, Poorvi Insurance, GreenDelta Insurance, People’s Insurance, Meghna Insurance, Express Insurance, Pragati Life Insurance, Mercantile Insurance, United Insurance, Sandhyani Insurance, RAK Ceramics, Unilever Consumer Care, Fast Prime Mutual Fund, Marico and Bata Su Company.

Meanwhile, Prabhati Insurance will announce dividends for 2023 and Marico Bangladesh will announce EPS for the first quarter ended April-June’24. The remaining 32 companies will release EPS for the second quarter ended April-June’24.
