28 BO holders penalized for manipulating shares

Due to their share manipulation, 28 BO holders have been penalized. For their role in manipulating shares of Alltex Industries Limited, a textile firm listed on the stock market, 28 beneficial owners (BO) account holders were fined Tk 1.82 crore. 23 BO accounts in the names of 21 businesses and 5 BO accounts in the names of 4 people were used by those involved in the company’s share manipulation.

It has been discovered that between December 17, 2021, and March 22, 2022, the company’s shares were manipulated. The share price of the corporation rose by 87.74 percent throughout that period.
