Authorities of 20 listed companies have announced the dates of business meetings for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the current fiscal year.
Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has informed this information.
The companies are – Shasha Denims, Index Agro, National Tubes, Rangpur Foundry, AMCL(PRAN), Apex Footwear, Ifad Autos, Marico, Osmania Glass, Walton Hitech, RD Food, Sinobangla, Paramount Textiles, Bangladesh Submarine Cables, Padma Oil, Munnu. Fabrics, shipyard industries, Ibn Sina, Eastern housing and aluminum.
Among the companies, the board meetings of Bangladesh Submarine Cables and Ibne Sinar will be held on January 25, Apex Footwear, Munnu Fabrics and Eastern Housing on January 26, Index Agro, Rangpur Foundry, AMCL (Pran), Marico, Walton Hitech, Sinobangla, Padma Oil and Nahi Aluminum on January 27, National Tubes on January 28, Osmania Glass on January 29 and Sasha Denims, Ifad Autos, RD Food, Paramount Textile and Shipyard Industries on January 30. The business position for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the current year will be approved in the meeting.
At the same time, it will be disclosed to stakeholders.
