On the last working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the country’s main capital market, is trading positively. In just two hours on this day, 172 crore of taka were exchanged. Meanwhile, the share prices of 211 companies increase.
Sources state that the main index, or “DSEX,” up by 5 points to 5,175 points after DSE trading started on Thursday, February 06, till 12 p.m.
In addition to the other index, the “DSES” or Sariah index increased by 3 points, while the “DSE-30” index down by 2 points with 1149 and 1911, respectively, in the standings.
On the DSE, shares and units valued at Tk 172 crore were exchanged during the conversation.
211 of the traded companies experienced growth, 125 experienced declines, and 65 experienced no change.
