The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Agrani SME Financing Company Limited, a wholly-owned non-banking financial institution of Agrani Bank PLC, has been held. This AGM took place on September 29, 2024, in the boardroom of the bank’s head office, chaired by the company’s Chairman and the current CEO of Agrani Bank, Wahida Begum.
Other attendees included the company’s director Mashiur Ali, Joint Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division of the Ministry of Finance Helal Uddin, CEO Zahidul Haque, a representative from the holding company and Deputy Managing Director of Agrani Bank Abul Bashar, and Company Secretary Mujahidul Islam Jowardar.
