The Electronic Media Marketing Association (EMA), an association of individuals employed in the marketing and sales divisions of all commercial television networks in Bangladesh, formally launched the Walton-EMA Media Cup 2024 on Sunday.

The 8-day event is scheduled to take place at the Shaheed Zayan Chowdhury PlayGround in Banani from March 3rd to 10th, 2024.

Chairman of ATN Bangla and ATN News Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of Gaan Bangla Television Kaushik Hossain Taposh, Member of National Parliament (Dhaka-10) Ferdous Ahmed MP and Member of National Parliament (Habiganj-4) Saidul Haque (Barrister Sumon) MP were present at the inauguration ceremony. 

Shahzada Salim, Senior Executive Director at Walton, was also present for the event. President Anisur Rahman Tarek led the flower-giving ceremony for the guests on behalf of EMA.

Jamuna Television and ATN Bangla took part in the tournament’s inaugural match.
