Two hundred crores of transactions in an hour and a half.

On the second working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the main stock market of the country, is trading in a mixed trend. In the first one and a half hours of trading on this day, about Tk.200 crores of  were transacted.

According to sources, on Monday (November 4), one and a half hours after the start of DSE trading i.e. till 11:30 am, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ has increased by 7.19 points and stands at 5 thousand 198 points.

Along with the main indices, the Shariah Index or ‘DSES’ rose by 3.24 points. And ‘DS-30’ index decreased by 0.27 points

A total of 199 crore 92 lakh shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion period.

Among the traded companies, the share prices of 179 companies increased, 136 companies decreased and 69 companies remained unchanged.
