Two companies in Z category.

Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has transferred two listed companies to ‘Z’ category. The two companies shifted to Z category are The Peninsula Chittagong Plc and Metro Spinning Limited.

It is learned that DSE has transferred the shares of the company from ‘B’ category to ‘Z’ category. The company’s shares have started trading in the ‘Z’ category from Tuesday (October 29).

Company for two current financial year and previous financial year i.e. any dividend to shareholders for two consecutive years. In this regard, The Peninsula Chittagong PLC and Metro Spinning Limited have been transferred to ‘Z’ category as per BSEC rules.
