Two Banks See Increase in Net Liability per Share

Among the 36 banks listed on the stock market, 35 banks have so far released their unaudited financial reports for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. According to the published data, during the period under review, net liability per share increased for 2 banks. At the same time, net asset value per share (NAVPS) increased for 16 banks and decreased for 16 banks. This information was obtained from sources at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE

The two banks that experienced an increase in net liability are Global Islami Bank and ICB Islamic Bank.

At the end of September 30, 2025, Global Islami Bank’s net liability per share stood at Tk 44.40, compared with Tk 9.14 during the same period last year.

At ICB Islamic Bank, net liability per share was Tk 21.48 as of September 30, 2025, compared with Tk 20.07 in the previous year.
