Transfer of shares of Anita Chowdhury to heirs.

The shares held in the name of deceased Anita Chowdhury, wife of founder chairman Samson H Chowdhury of the country’s leading industrial conglomerate Square Group, have been transferred to her heirs. These shares have been transferred between his sons and daughters as per succession certificate issued by the court. Anita Chowdhury is known as ‘Square Mata’.

According to sources, Anita Chowdhury has 6 crore 60 lakh 52 thousand 814 shares of Square Group company Square Pharmaceuticals Limited. Among them, his son Samuel S. Chowdhury, the current chairman of the company 1 crore 65 lakh 13 thousand 203, daughter vice chairman Ratna Patra 1 crore 65 lakh 13 thousand 203, son managing director Tapan Chowdhury 1 crore 65 lakh 13 thousand 203 and another son director Anjan Chowdhury 1 crore Got 65 lakh 13 thousand 203 shares.

Besides, Anita Chowdhury has 58 lakh 43 thousand 83 shares of Square Textile, another company of Square Group. Among them, his son Tapan Chowdhury, the current company of the company, 14 lakh 60 thousand 770, daughter vice chairman Ratna Patra 14 lakh 60 thousand 770, son managing director Samuel S Chowdhury 14 lakh 60 thousand 770 and another son director Anjan Chowdhury 14 lakh 60 thousand 770 Got shares.
