Agrani Bank Training Institute (ABTI) has launched a five-day training program titled Development of Leadership Quality and Branch Management.” The course was inaugurated on September 15, 2024 (Sunday) by the Chief Executive Officer of Agrani Bank PLC, Murshedul Kabir, who was the chief guest.
The inauguration ceremony was chaired by Rezaul Karim, Director and Deputy General Manager of ABTI. The special guest at the event was Aminul Haque, General Manager (Administration). The training program includes 49 officers from various branches of Agrani Bank. During the ceremony, Murshedul Kabir advised the trainees on the importance of integrity, dedication, and ethics in developing effective leadership and inspiring others through exemplary conduct at their branches.
