Tk 573 Crore Transaction Captivates DSE Investors

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the nation’s primary stock market, concluded trading on the first business day of the week with an increase in the index. In comparison to the previous working day, the main index rose 82 points today. 573 crore taka was exchanged at the same time.

This information was revealed by DSE sources.

Sources claim that the DSE’s main index, “DSEX,” rose 82.09 points on Monday, July 7. The index is at 5,976 points right now.
Furthermore, the ‘DS-30’ index rose 36.88 points to 1,873 points, and another DSE index, ‘DSES,’ rose 15.79 points to 1,081 points.
The DSE saw trading of shares and units valued at 573 crore 46 lakh taka today. The previous working day saw the trading of 506 crore 18 lakh taka.

Shares and units of 396 businesses were exchanged on the DSE today. The prices of 278 of the companies involved in the deal went up, while those of 73 companies went down. Furthermore, there was no change in the values of 45 companies’ shares and units.
