the Inter-Cadre Discrimination Elimination Council’s “Pen Break” program

The Inter-Cadre Discrimination Elimination Council launched the “Pen Break” program, which took place today, December 24, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. In keeping with this, a sizable gathering of this program was hosted at the Department of Agricultural Extension in Khamarbari, Dhaka.

The Department of Agricultural Extension’s Honorable Director General, Mr. Md. Chaiful Alam, the BCS Agricultural Cadre Association’s Honorable Convener, Dr. Md. Sahinul Islam was in attendance. Along with officials from every level of the Department of Agricultural Extension, there are also different wing and project directors.

During this hour-long program, the BCS Agricultural Cadre Association President and other members gave speeches. The Inter-Cadre Discrimination Elimination Council was represented by the coordinators of the BCS Agricultural Cadre during their speech. During this time, the speakers informed all the agricultural cadre officers about their upcoming programs and initiatives taken, as well as presented the seven pillars of discrimination.

Finally, the “Pen Break” program was successfully completed by the Honorable Director General of the Department of Agricultural Extension, Mr. Md. Chaiful Alam, expressing solidarity and giving guidance to all the programs of the Inter-Cadre Discrimination Elimination Council.
