An entrepreneurial director of Lankabangla Finance PLC listed in the capital market has announced the transfer of shares. He will transfer these shares as a gift.

This information is known from Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.

According to sources, Lankabangla Finance’s entrepreneurial director Mahbub ul Anam gifted 1.8 million shares to his son Abrar Anam Chowdhury (common shareholder of the company).

He completed this transaction by going outside the trading system of Dhaka Stock Exchange.
