The 400^th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 22^nd October 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The 400^th meeting of the Board of Directors celebrated with cutting a cake. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus & Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Tahera Faruque, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.  Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
