The 3rd Quarterly Business Review Meeting 2025 of Union Bank

The 3rd Quarterly Business Review Meeting 2025 of Union Bank PLC. held on 15 October, 2025 in the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.

The Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir presided over the meeting. Honorable Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the bank Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmad was present as the chief guest. Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir and Independent Director Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam were present as special guests, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA and Independent Director Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid were connected through virtual platform as special guests.

The Chief guest of the meeting honorable Chairman Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmad congratulated to all branch managers and sub-branch in-charges for their sincere efforts in the bank’s 3rd quarter business activities and called for continuing this trend and improving the quality of customer service by being more customer-friendly, Shariah compliant and gaining the full trust of customers.

The meeting also discussed in details the bank’s deposits, investments, foreign trade, expatriate income and various ongoing issues and advised to all branch managers and sub branch in-charges to achieve the business targets 2025 through providing better services.
