The 395^th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 28^th May 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus & Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Jabun Nahar, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, the Alternate Directors Mr. Mohammad Muslah Uddin Khan & Mr. Mohammad Mosud, the Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.  Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
